School/program enrollment: If we billed your school directly (ie., you never provided payment info to Exam Nook), you have nothing to worry about and nothing to cancel! 

Email address linked to account: Your account is linked to your current email. We cannot change this during your access window. If you lose access to your email (name change, graduation, etc.), that’s not a problem, you can continue accessing your materials using your email/password from the initial setup.

Billing and auto-renewal info: You will be auto-renewed (charged) based on the package you selected (eg., monthly, every three months, or once per year).

Cancel/unsubscribe: To unsubscribe, click the “Manage Billing Subscription” button above. You will be redirected to your billing portal. Cancellation will ensure you are not billed again in future billing cycles. Access to the course page will be removed immediately when you cancel. You may resubscribe at any time if you wish to come back!

Payment failure and account pausing: If your payment does not go through, access will be revoked. To reinstate, simply head to the “Manage Subscription” button above and input a new/updated card.

Refunds: PLEASE do not dispute a charge as fraud that you properly made if you want a refund, just email us instead! Initial Subscriptions may receive a 50% refund provided you contact us via email (support@examnook.com) within 7-days, no questions asked. Beyond 7-days refunds are not given for initial subscription orders. Auto-Renewals: Look, we are humans, we’ve missed auto-renewal things until our card alerted us, we get it. If you contact us within 3-days (72-hours) of an auto-renewal, we will cancel immediately (access will end) and issue a full refund to you for that auto-renewal rate. After 72-hours, we can help you cancel any future renewal (or you can do it on your own by using the “Manage Billing Subscription” button above) but a refund will not be provided. In this case you WILL maintain access through your auto-renewal period.

Account and data deletion: To delete your entire account and all data (separate from billing, which is found above), please email support@examnook.com.
