Most quizzes allow two attempts. After both attempts you have access to review all questions, answers, and rationales throughout your entire enrollment! Additional attempts cannot be granted. Once you start a quiz, one attempt is used. 

Our rapid fire adaptive quizzes will only appear one time, so you can be sure that your mastery and progress is REAL and not just remembering questions you’ve previously seen.

*Some exams are an exception to this. If you enrolled as part of a program, you may be allowed only one attempt at the sole discretion of your faculty. Contact your faculty if you have any questions.

No way. In fact multiple login instances will really break your account! You’d be better off purchasing a long subscription, take the quizzes once (since most allow two attempts), and then “selling” the remainder of the course if you want, but keep in mind that we cannot control your privacy if you go this route. Accounts cannot be “reset”.

Our 12-month subscriptions come with a 100% Pass Promise. If you take your exam during your enrolled time and fail, we will extend your subscription for an additional 12-months at no cost or until you pass your actual exam, whichever is sooner.

Our shortest term is one month. If your subscription ends before your exam and do you do not want to auto-renew for the entire term, you can cancel your current subscription, then sign up for the 1-month term (in that order)! All access and data will be carried over, no worries!

All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before your subscription term ends to ensure you are not charged again. 

When you cancel, your access will continue up until your renewal date, so if you know you will not renew, go ahead and cancel anytime!

An auto-renew reminder will be sent prior to renewal to help remind you of an upcoming charge. Be sure to check spam/junk.

Initial Subscriptions: 50% refund provided within 7-days if you wish to refund for any reason. Beyond 7-days, refunds are not given for initial subscription orders (ie., if you’re “new” to Exam Nook).

Auto-Renewals: Look, we are humans, we’ve missed auto-renewal things until our card alerted us, we get it. If you contact us within 3-days (72-hours) of an auto-renewal, we will cancel immediately (access will end) and issue a full refund to you for that auto-renewal rate.

No. Once your term ends or you cancel/payment fails, you will lose access to all quizzes and questions. However, if you renew again within 3-months, all of your quiz, mastery, and question data can be recovered so you can jump right back in!

While some students use only our quizzes, exams, and mastery data to pass, many students opt for video study courses to use in addition.

We only recommend the most reputable and trusted organizations. Ensure you speak to fellow students, faculty, and check reviews. Be careful of fake reviews around Reddit, TikTok, and other social media, there’s a lot of bad stuff out there, unfortunately.
